Entertainment Investment Partners, the financial partnership division of the Ride Entertainment Group, has had successful 2014 openings at two very different facilities. The company opened ziplines at the Toronto Zoo and the Beach Waterpark.
Joining the Ride Entertainment team this year was Chris Mercaldo, Business Development Associate, who is working with all of the company’s revenue share sites. “My focus has been to visit all of our partners this year and see how we can increase revenue,” said Mercaldo. “I work with our partners by looking at the attraction from every angle and seeing how we can engage guests. From selling the ride on social media to designing in-park signage to determining optimal staffing levels, the goal is to ensure that each of our rides is efficiently meeting its optimal capacity and revenue levels” he said.
Sandy says that more EIP-funded attractions are on their way for 2015 and the company is continuing to expand. “Over the past decade we have revenue-shared Skycoasters®, Slingshots, ropes courses, and ziplines. Expect to see these and even some new projects in the near future,” he said.
