About

Top Eliminator® gives regular drivers of all ages a unique opportunity to get a taste of the adrenaline-charged excitement of drag racing, while experiencing both positive and negative G forces. The dragsters’ acceleration is faster than that of a Dodge Viper GTS, Porsche 911 Carrera, or Ferrari 360 Modena! This is an American drag racer- get ready for the ride of your life.

Ride Vehicle

The Top Eliminator® dragster is a purpose-built, 4.6 m (183 in)-wheelbase rear-engine dragster powered by a 300 HP GM Performance Parts small block engine. A Turbo Hydromatic 350 transmission is coupled to a narrowed 22 cm (9 in) Ford rear end fitted with a nodular iron 3rd member. The dragster is steered” down the track with a Guide Blade mounted to the underside of the vehicle. The steering wheel is not operational on the dragster and acts as a hand grip. The button to shift the dragster from first gear to second gear, which must occur once during each race, is located on a crossbar within the steering wheel. The 35.56 x 5.7 cm (14 x 2.25 in) front tires are mounted on Billet aluminum wheels, and the rear 30.48 cm (12 in) slicks are mounted on Cragar 38 x 38 cm (15 x 15 in) rims. Overall length of the dragster is 5.43 m (214 in), and the tallest point is the top of the rear wing at 1.06 m (42 in).
