Ninth StarFlyer Soars at Six Flags Mexico

Decked out in red, silver and blue the SkyScreamer, the newest scream-maker at Six Flags Mexico, adds another exciting beacon to the park’s exciting skyline. Standing 74 meters (242 feet) tall, the tower is now the tallest attraction at the park.

Hannes Lackner, Funtime’s head engineer, said that working with the Six Flags team continues to be a good experience. “We brought in some of our team members and they worked with park staff and local contractors. The ride was up and running before their popular Easter season and has been a great hit with guests.”

The 32-seat StarFlyer can also be seen for kilometers at night. Thirty three LED spotlights illuminate the tower so it can be seen at night and under the seats 32 flashing LED’s make the ride look like a descending UFO. The SkyScreamer has been an extremely popular with park-goers and provides Six Flags Mexico with a new marketing icon.
